Why do I need to apply to work with you?

We accept only 2 clients each month for this service. This ensures each one of you has our attention. That's why we reserve the right to select those who we work with. During the application process, you have to answer a few questions that will initially determine if we can help you or not. Our service is more than a one-size-fits-all solution. Our goal is to HELP, not say YES to every single inquiry. If we won't be able to help you, we will let you know why, and point you in the right direction.

Why wouldn't I just do it myself?

If you have the time, technical knowledge & marketing skills necessary (copywriting, conversion optimization, SEO, to name a few), go for it. But, if you're here, we assume you have better things to do with your time. Like growing your solo business.

Why you don't offer a fixed price/project?

Each project is unique, and would love to give our clients as much flexibility as possible. While most projects come with the above-included components and recommendations, we'll adjust each package based on your individual requirements. Your website and business goal, budget and requirements will dictate the exact quote which will be communicated to you.

How long does it take to get my website?

Each project is different, but the average deliverability range between 2 and 8 weeks.

How do I provide feedback?

We provide an easy-to-use tool that will allow you to click on the webpage where you want to add feedback & comments or ask questions. You can see it in action below:

What platforms do you work with?

We mostly use Webflow and WordPress, but we are well versed in other tech tools like Systeme, Karta or Kajabi. Each project is unique, and we'll recommend the appropiate platform and tools based on your requirements.

How much does it cost to host my website?

For Webflow, the pricing packages are $14/month* for the basic package without CMS and $23/month* if you need a blog or CMS. And $39/month* for traffic-heavy sites. For WordPress websites, pricing starts at $12/month, depending on your hosting of choice.

*You get these prices when you pay yearly.

What's the difference between basic and advance integrations?

For example, analytics tracking codes, GDPR pop-ups or web-chat functionality, for which you can provide the embedded code yourself, are basic integrations and included in all packages. Advance integrations that use REST API or more advanced features are only available starting with the Evolution package. I can provide a custom quote on request, depending on the functionalities you need.  

Are you available on a retainer if we need ungoing work?

Yes, of course. Depending on the type of project, and time needed, we can create a monthly custom package for you.

What's a landing page?

A landing page is a special web page created specifically for a marketing or advertising campaign. It's where a visitor "lands" after clicking on a link in an email or an advertisement. Landing pages are created with a single focus or goal in mind, known as a call to action (or CTA, for short). Get a subscriber, make a sale, or similar. E.g. this page you're on it's a Landing Page.

What's a standard page, and how do you count the pages?

A standard page is a classic web page, like About, Company, Services, Contact, and so on. However, even though legal pages are static pages as well, they don't count toward the total of pages included. These pages will be built without aditional cost: Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer, Cookies, or Privacy Policy subject to you providing the content for them.

What is "custom CMS functionality"?

A custom CMS means we create a database for you so you can easily manage and publish dynamic content. Think of Portfolio Items, Case Studies, Team Members, or Testimonials. So anytime you create or change content in the CMS, it instantly updates all the pages where it's referenced.

Can I still update content without a CMS?

Yes, you can! Without writing code or advanced technical knowledge, you can still update your website content and images without writing code. While a Custom CMS makes it easier to maintain lots of repetitive content, maintaining standard pages content it's still a breeze.

What would be covered in the video training?

We'll teach you how to take control of the website. From the Webflow or WordPress dashboard to editing and updating content to more advanced stuff like creating new pages using the current ones. No previous experience is necessary.

What payment options & terms are available?

The payments are made securely either through Stripe or Wire/ACH transfer, for which we use Wise. We accept all major debit or credit cards, like American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover & Diners, China UnionPay (CUP), or Japan Credit Bureau (JCB).
Flexible payment terms are available, with an 50% or 33% upfront payment required before we start working together. It all depends on the package/quote.

Do you charge VAT and other Sales Taxes?

It depends where are you located and if you have a valid VAT or not. If you're outside of Romania and having a valid VAT, reverse charge is applied and you won't be charge VAT on your invoice.

Who's MARUSCA TECH GROUP SRL?

While the brand name is Digital Finest, the company name on invoices and payment pages is MARUSCA TECH GROUP SRL, Gabe's EU-based company. The company is registered in Romania, with VAT No: RO35587235 and billing details at Strada Gheorghe Lazar, Camera 1, Bloc L28, Etaj 1, Ap.5, Postal code 455300, Simleu Silvaniei, Jud Salaj, Romania.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes, we do. If the video training provided isn't enough for you, or you want someone else to take care of the website changes or content updates you might need in the future, we got you covered.
