I encourage you to spend some time before your call thinking about your questions or what you want to accomplish with this conversation. It may also be helpful to share your questions at least 24 hours before our call to address as many of them as possible during the call. Prepare to take notes, especially if you don't choose the Google Meet video conference option. Make sure you are in a distraction-free environment when the call comes through.
You will be able to check the availability before you make the payment. If none of the free time slots work for you, I'm afraid we won't be able to help.
It depends on how many questions you have and how in-depth you need to go for each. For short questions like, what website platform is right for you, you can calculate about 3min/question, and 15 min might be enough.
For more complex questions and advance recommendations, I suggest the 30 min call, which is the most popular and best ROI.
If you need to go in-depth on your website plan (assuming you already have at least an idea of what you want to achieve), or you need to see if we are the right fit for your web project, and deep-dive into a discovery session, the 45 min call would be ideal.
Don't worry if that happens. Flexibility is my middle name. No extra charge will be applied if we exceed the booked time for up to 5 minutes.
If during the call we both agree that the discussion needs to be longer, we can agree together to upgrade to the next package. An invoice for the difference will be sent after the call.

If we use Google Meet, you will receive an email with the recording of our call. If you booked the 45 minutes call, and have more questions after the call is finished, feel free to get back to me via email in less than a week from our call, and I will be happy to address them for no extra charge.
